  • We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment must be made in cash when the order is delivered.

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
  • Shipping details and notifications will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.
  • To request a return, customers must contact us at [email protected] with the subject “Return Request”, including their order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds are processed in cash only at the time of pickup or upon return approval. We do not issue bank transfers or online payment refunds.

4. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.

5. Product Information

  • Please note that slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates or display settings.
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Caspian Explores is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
