1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed in cash only.
• Refunds are provided at the time of product pickup or return confirmation.
• We do not process refunds via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or any online payment methods.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Custom or special-order items.
